Lara Jean was born in San Francisco, California. She spent most of her early years performing as a ballerina in New York City before being accepted into the prestigious Purchase Conservatory. This SUNY Purchase Conservatory Graduate got her start Puppeteering, singing and performing as Elmo for Sesame Street Live. Lara has choreographed for Oxygen Network, and Bravo Channel. She has danced for Darren Criss, Steven Van Zandt, College Humor Originals, Mia Michaels, Sonya Tayeh, and Brian Friedman.
